The Romeo Catchers mini review

The Romeo Catchers mini review  by the Mad Mohawk .  The Novel by Alys Arden ,  it's her sequel to the well received book The Casquette Girls another page turner just like the original. Neither seems like it's a nearly 600 page book. The book is over far to quickly  but you leave with a sense of learning so much about the characters and New Orleans itself especially the French quarter. Even if you don't watch the video and just read this blurb get the book. If your kindle user I think you can get the original and the Romeo catchers for under $10 for The Ebook editions.  If you want a signed copy those are not very expensive either,  places like Boutique Du Vampyre in the French Quarter have them for $15 or so. She has already gotten a start on book three and I can hardly wait. Please smack the thumbs up and consider subscribing.

The Romeo Catchers review

Great Book

   

C'est fait, it is done and I am sad to leave the wonderful world of Adele and Isaac the Medici and the Borges and all the rest. A wonderful follow up to the Casquette Girls. Nearly 600 pages yet devoured like a paragraph. It makes me miss The French Quarter and it's people dearly.

 

 

Don't delay, read this now if you enjoyed the Casquette Girls, if you've not delved into Alys Arden's world of Vampires and Witches , Voodoo and the occult set in the French Quarter. Do it now, rich stories to delight the soul. My only regret will be the long wait for book 3 to be completed and released.

If the sequel, named The Romeo catchers , is as good as the original ,  I'll likely devour it in a few hours. I don't think the Mad Mohawk will be doing any racing today or any other type of gaming video for that matter. The Original book , The Casquette Girls is highly recommended if  you like vampires and or New Orleans. Wish me luck and I can't wait for book 3 to come out.

Well it looks like Amazon has released another Alexa enabled device. This time it's the Echo Show, this new device seems like a glorified Amazon Kindle tablet to me with large speakers in it and a nice 7 inch screen very similar to the Kindle why this functionalIty isn't being bundled into a Kindle is a bit perplexing. I have heard that the lovely calling function will be available on all Alexa enabled devices tho which DOES make me happy.
