Novation Launchpad Pro controlling my IK Multimedia Uno Synth I contacted Novation twice today. I have new MIDI DIN cables coming so should be able to do this standalone once they arrive. First time they told me to make sure I had the orange button lit to ensure MIDI OUT was on hence second contact when I saw it already was on. Be nice to Control my Korg Electribe 2 with the Launchpad also.

Garageband 2.3.6 update Roli Seaboard shenanigans

Garageband 2.3.6 update Roli Seaboard shenanigans in IOS 12 is niiiiiice new additions. The Noise app works really well as an AU complete with MPE ability. This is just a bit of quick Noodling around. I initially thought ONLY Cubasis got this but it appears it’s in Noise not the apps themselves.

MIDI over Bluetooth and USB Adapter the Hifing Bluetooth MIDI adapter seemed to be a laggy fail that lost signal now fairly often. The $12.99 USB to old school MIDI 5Pin DIN plug a success. using them on my iPad required the installation of an app named MIDI Mittr which was free.

I’ve been going nuts the last few days looking at Hardware Sequencers to use with my Korg Electribe and gasping at the prices. Stumbled across this and smacked self in the Head. Auxy looks like a great way to do this .... for FREE!!!
