Update to Acoustic Snare Drum to Electronic Drum

Converting my SPL Snare Drum into a 2 zone Electronic Drum on the cheap using piezo transducers, an Evans Soundoff Mesh Head and a Hosa Drum splitter. Plugging into an Alesis Nitro DM7X Drum Module to test it. Sit back relax and have a peek. It’s a pretty simple task and not very pricey especially if you already own a Drum you want to convert.

Trigger now epoxied to Neodymium magnet and a second magnet under the mesh head to keep the trigger in place. Want to give Epoxy 24 hours to cure fully before testing to see if it holds up to bashing on drum head.
