Modal Skulpt Synth is it a Korg Volca Killer?

The #Modal #Skulpt sounds GREAT but having to set MIDI filtering messages via app is a bit of a PITA. Drove me crazy why no notes were playing. The previous owner must have set to filter them out. If using USB MIDI it worked fine. Other than that minor issue it’s a winner. If Modal drops price a bit Korg will have a BIG little competitor as it has MIDI in and out as well as USB MIDI, sync in and out, decent sized knobs, 4 voices and ability to #polychain 4 Skulpt’s together without requiring any special cabling. Especially with newer Volca’s at $199.99 versus the Skulpt’s $299.99 price point.
