Ever After Music Festival Officially Postponed Due to COVID-19 Concerns

The Ontario fest was scheduled to take place this weekend.

Ontario electronic music fest Ever After Music Festival is the latest to bite the dust amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Ever After's 2020 event, which was scheduled to take place this weekend from Friday, June 12th to Sunday, June 14th, has officially been rescheduled to 2021.

The 2020 edition of Ever After boasted a bevy of bass music's corps d'elite. Scheduled to appear were REZZ, Zeds Dead, Black Tiger Sex Machine, WHIPPED CREAM, and Ghastly, among many others, as well as a momentous B2B set by Subtronics and SLANDER. Other highly anticipated B2B sets included Midnight Tyrannosaurus with Trampa and SVDDEN DEATH with Eptic.

"This was not an easy decision to make, however it is the only viable option given our current global climate," Ever After organizers wrote in an official statement. "We have analyzed every possible weekend for the remainder of the year, but feel it would be irresponsible of us to promise an event of 25,000+ festival goers, and jeopardize the health and wellbeing of fans, DJs, the residents of Kitchener, and Ontario as a whole."

You can read the statement in full below and find out more information via Ever After's official website.
