For those who can't make it to the event, the Avicii tribute concert will be live streamed worldwide.
Although the Avicii Tribute Concert for Mental Health Awareness sold out in mere hours, fans will still be able to join in on the magic as the event will be live streamed. The video feed will be hosted on Avicii's YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook channels, along with several radio and TV station broadcasts worldwide.
The lives stream will only show the main portion of the concert, meaning that David Guetta, Kygo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Laidback Luke, and Nicky Romero's sets will not be shown. The piece that will be showcased will feature a thirty-person band performing a two-hour medley of the late EDM legend's hits alongside the vocalists from the tunes.
The charity created in his honor and hosts of the event, The Tim Bergling Foundation, promises that all profits from the event will be donated to youth mental health and suicide prevention foundations.
The Avicii Tribute Concert for Mental Health Awareness takes place Wednesday, December 5th at Friends Arena in Stockholm. The live stream is slated to air from 9:00 PM - 11:15 PM CET.
