The wait is finally over.
Excision (real name Jeff Abel) has released his annual Lost Lands mix as well as a compilation album via Spotify.
Featuring some of the heaviest hitters in the game, Abel has proven once again why he's not only a fan-favorite producer but a favored tastemaker as well. This year's compilation includes plenty of Abel's original tracks alongside tunes from well-established artists such as Dion Timmer, Wooli, Crankdat, Riot Ten, and Monxx. Abel also did his fair share of crate-digging, as he showed some love to a handful of up-and-comers like Hairitage, Detrace and Sora, Predakore, and Blvk Sheep. The Lost Lands 2019 mix clocks in at just under 2 hours, giving listeners more than enough time to break their necks.
With a career spanning over a decade, Abel has solidified his place as one of bass music's most influential acts. Last year, he released his fourth studio album Apex and followed up with a remix album earlier this year. Abel plans to debut his brand new stage production called "The Evolution" at The Thunderdome in January.
